Company Structure

One company, one site, one team

Our water tank company structure is simple: engineering, production, quality, sales and export all work from one factory in Wucheng County, Dezhou. There is no holding group above us, and our tanks are built in our own factory, so an approved drawing change reaches the production line fast.

Corporate Structure

One registered manufacturer, five tank types

LVJIA is one company, with no holding company above it. The company that signs your contract is the company that builds your tank. The tank types and equipment below are all made by that one company, not by separate businesses.

Frequently asked questions

Water tank company structure: questions about how we are organised

Buyers ask about our water tank company structure for one reason: they want to know who owns the answer and how fast it comes back. These are the direct answers.

Why does the water tank company structure matter to a buyer?

Because it decides how fast a question gets a real answer and who is accountable when something changes. One registered manufacturer, one site, six departments and no holding group means a drawing revision goes from the design office to the press without passing through a trading house. If you have ever waited a week for a supplier to come back on a nozzle position, you already know why this page exists.

Is LVJIA one company or part of a group?

One company: Shandong Lvjia Air Conditioning Equipment Co., Ltd., trading as LVJIA Water Tanks, founded in 2015. There is no parent group above it and no separate trading entity selling its output. The tanks are built in our own factory in Wucheng County, Dezhou, which is the same address that appears on our certificates and invoices.

What are the six departments?

Engineering and R and D, which runs the design office; Manufacturing, covering three production lines in the main workshop; Quality Control, which reports separately from production; Sales and Customer Service for China and export; Supply Chain and Purchasing, handling materials, stores and shipping; and Administration for staff, finance and documents. All six are on one site, which is the point.

Why is quality control kept separate from production?

So an inspector is never reporting to the person whose output they are checking. Quality control has its own reporting line to the general manager, holds the inspection and test plan, and has the authority to stop a tank going to packing. Panels are measured against the approved drawing rather than against the previous batch, which is how a slow drift gets caught rather than repeated.

How many people work there?

Between 11 and 50 across the six departments, with three management levels, all of them close to the floor. A small headcount on one site is a deliberate trade: it means the general manager, the production manager and the technical manager sit at the same weekly production review, and a decision taken there does not need to be re-explained to another office.

Who owns my enquiry once I send it?

One engineer. The handover chain runs from inquiry and sizing, to drawing and approval, to materials, production, inspection, final check and packing, then documents and dispatch. Each handover has a defined content, so nothing moves on with a gap in it. You are dealing with the same named person throughout rather than a rotating queue; you can open a file through technical support.

How quickly does a drawing change reach the production line?

Same day, because the design office is in the same building as the workshop. The constraint is not distance, it is the approval itself: once a general arrangement is approved, panel layout, thicknesses by course, penetration positions and plinth centres are fixed and a change after pressing costs material. That is why the approved drawing is treated as the contract.

Who handles export orders?

The sales and export team, covering four export regions alongside the domestic market, with English and Chinese support. They work with supply chain and purchasing on crating and shipping through Tianjin or Qingdao. The company also sells directly through its Alibaba storefront, which is SGS verified and carries a 5.0 buyer rating with 100 per cent on-time dispatch.

Who do I contact for a technical question rather than a price?

Ask for engineering rather than sales and you will get an engineer. The contact page lists four routes, sales, engineering and technical support, customer service, and quality and compliance, so the message reaches the department that owns the answer. First reply is within 2 hours. Email guan@lvjiatank.com or call +86 186 0534 4338.

How does this structure show up in the finished tank?

In the paperwork and the fit. Six departments on one site is why a tank arrives with its approved drawing, its material certificates and its own hydrostatic test sheet, and why the panels line up on a site a continent away. You can see the route through the building on the factory tour, the company detail in the company profile, and the result in the case studies.

Does the water tank company structure change for an export order?

No. The same six departments handle a domestic water tank and an export water tank; what changes is that supply chain adds crating and shipping documents, and sales works in English. Keeping one water tank company structure for both is deliberate, because a separate export division is where specifications usually get re-typed and dimensions get lost.

Who signs off a water tank drawing?

The technical manager, working from the design office. Nothing is cut until that sign-off and your approval are both in place. After that the approved drawing governs: the water tank panels are pressed to it, quality control measures against it, and packing checks the kit against it. That single-document discipline is the practical output of this water tank company structure.

How does a complaint get handled?

It goes to quality and compliance, not to the salesperson who took the water tank order. Because quality control reports separately from production, an investigation is not run by the department being investigated. You will get the water tank test sheet, the batch records and a written answer. Reach that department directly from the contact page.

How many people will I deal with on one order?

Normally two: the engineer who owns your drawing and the customer service contact who owns your documents and dispatch. Both sit in the same building as the production lines. Six departments exist so the work is properly separated, not so your enquiry gets passed around six times.

Which water tank ranges does one team handle?

All five, from one site: GRP/FRP/SMC, stainless steel, hot-dip galvanized, enameled steel and BDF underground water tanks. One engineering office draws all of them and one quality department inspects all of them, which is why a project needing two materials does not become two suppliers with two drawing sets. The full catalogue lists the 65 models.
