Why Engineers Choose LVJIA
Since 2015 we have built water tanks on one 11,000 m² site in Wucheng County, Dezhou, cutting, pressing and punching the panels ourselves. We also publish the paperwork behind them, so nobody specifying an LVJIA tank has to take our word for it.
- Panels made on our own production lines
- Every finished product inspected before packing
- Test reports and certificates published with their numbers

Frequently asked questions
Water tank datasheets and downloads: your questions answered
Everything people ask before opening a file. These water tank datasheets are the same documents our engineering office sends with a quotation, so the answers below are the ones that decide whether a file is the right one for your job.
What is in the LVJIA water tank datasheets library?
Four groups of documents. Product datasheets give the panel modules, thicknesses, capacity envelope and standard fittings for each tank type. Technical specifications go deeper into materials, tolerances and test methods. The product catalog covers the full range in one file. Company documents hold the certificates, test reports and the company profile. Everything a specifier normally has to email for is already written down here, in the same form our engineering office attaches to a quotation.
Which file formats are available?
PDF for datasheets, specifications, catalogs and certificates. DWG for 2D CAD blocks you can drop into a plant room layout. STEP for 3D models. XLSX for selection and tolerance tables you want to calculate with. ZIP where a tank type has a full drawing set that belongs together. Formats are labelled on every card so you know what you are opening before you click.
Do you have CAD drawings for all five tank types?
Yes. There is a drawing set for GRP/SMC panel tanks, stainless steel tanks, hot-dip galvanized tanks, BDF underground tanks and enameled steel tanks. Each set carries the panel module grid, standard nozzle positions, ladder and manhole placement and the plinth centres, so the block you place is dimensionally the tank you would receive.
Are the datasheets generic or do they match the tank I would be sent?
They match. The capacity envelopes, panel thicknesses and module sizes on these datasheets are the ones our presses actually run: GRP/SMC from 0.125 m3 to 5,000 m3 with panels from 6 mm to 22 mm, hot-dip galvanized from 1 m3 to 3,000 m3, BDF underground from 1 m3 to 1,000+ m3, stainless from 150 litres to 200 m3 and above. What a datasheet cannot carry is your specific layout; that arrives as the approved general arrangement drawing before anything is pressed.
Do I have to register or pay to download?
No payment, and nothing is held back behind a sales call. We ask who we are sending a file to so that we can send you a corrected version if a certificate is renewed or a specification changes, and so the engineer who picks up your enquiry already knows what you were looking at. Once you have opened one file, every other file on the page stays open for the rest of your visit.
Which certificates can I download?
Five GB/T 17219 drinking water contact test reports, one per tank material, each with its own number. ISO 9001 quality management, ISO 14001 environmental and ISO 45001 occupational health and safety certificates. A CE Verification of Conformity to EN 13280:2001. An SGS supplier assessment report. Each document is shown with its issuer, number and dates on the certifications page, and where something is not yet in our hands we say so rather than showing a badge.
How do I verify that a certificate is genuine?
Take the number to the issuer. The drinking water reports are issued by the Dezhou Institute of Product Quality Standards and Metrology and can be checked against their records. Management system certificates can be checked with the certification body named on the certificate, and ISO 9001 itself is published by ISO. We publish issuer, number and dates precisely so the document can be checked without asking us.
What does GB/T 17219 actually test?
It is the Chinese standard for the safety evaluation of materials and chemicals in drinking water supply systems. The current report covers twenty parameters, run on the actual panel material rather than on a resin sample, which is the distinction that matters when you are comparing suppliers. For export projects the comparable references are NSF/ANSI 61 and the UK WRAS approval scheme.
Can I get a stamped or signed copy for a tender?
Yes. The downloadable versions are for specification and comparison; for a tender submission or a consultant review we issue stamped copies addressed to a named person. Ask through contact or the request form on this page and say which documents and which addressee, and they go out as a set rather than one at a time.
How current are these water tank datasheets?
They are revised whenever a certificate is renewed, a specification changes or a new panel size goes into production, and the certificate cards carry issue and expiry dates so you can see for yourself. If you have told us who you are, a revised file is sent to you rather than left for you to find. If a date has passed and the replacement is not up yet, the page says that plainly.
What tolerance and material data is included?
Grade selection charts for stainless, a chemical compatibility table, tolerance tables for panels and assembly, and surface finish guidance. These are the same tables our own inspectors work from. The plinth flatness requirement of 3 mm over any 3 m and the bolt torque and gasket compression schedule are included, because those two are where most site problems begin. Deeper guidance sits on the technical support page.
Can I see how the tanks in these datasheets are made?
Yes. The factory tour follows a tank through all five areas of our 11,000 m2 works in Wucheng County, Dezhou, from receiving to packing across three production lines. The case studies show the same tanks in service, with the duty, the build and the result for each project.
Is there a company profile document?
Yes, under company documents. It covers the factory, the equipment list, the production and engineering capabilities and the export regions, and it is the file most consultants attach to a vendor assessment. The same material is set out on the company profile page, with the reporting lines and departments on the company structure page.
I cannot find the document I need. What now?
Ask for it directly. If a drawing, calculation or report exists we will send it; if it does not exist for your configuration we will say so and tell you what we can produce instead. Email guan@lvjiatank.com, call +86 186 0534 4338, or use the request form on this page. An engineer replies within 2 hours rather than a sales autoresponder.
Which water tank datasheets should I open first?
Start with the datasheet for the water tank material you are leaning towards, because that fixes panel module, thickness range and capacity envelope. Then open the technical specification for the same water tank type for tolerances and test methods. The CAD file comes last, once the water tank size is settled, because a block placed before the capacity is agreed usually has to be replaced.
Do the water tank datasheets include fittings and penetrations?
They include the standard schedule: inlet, outlet, overflow, drain, vent, manhole and ladder, with the positions each water tank type normally carries. Non-standard penetrations are added on your general arrangement drawing rather than on the datasheet, because they are punched to your layout. If a nozzle has to land in a specific place, say so before the water tank panels are pressed.
Can I use these water tank drawings in a tender document?
Yes. The datasheets and CAD blocks are published so specifiers can drop a real water tank into a layout and a real specification into a tender. What they are not is a warranty of a particular water tank build: the binding document is the approved general arrangement issued against your order. Ask for stamped copies if the tender requires them.
What is the difference between the datasheet and the technical specification?
The water tank datasheet is the summary a specifier needs to size and place the water tank: modules, thicknesses, capacity, standard fittings. The technical specification is the longer document behind it, covering material grades, tolerances, surface finish, sealing and fastener schedules, inspection methods and test criteria. Most people need the datasheet; consultants and inspectors usually want both.
Are there water tank datasheets for underground and insulated tanks?
Yes. The BDF underground water tank set covers buried duty including anti-floating arrangements and access. Insulated variants are covered within each material datasheet rather than as a separate water tank type, because insulation is applied to a standard panel build. Capacity for BDF underground water tanks runs from 1 m3 to 1,000+ m3.
Can I get the water tank datasheets as one combined pack?
Yes. Ask for the specifier pack and we send the water tank datasheets, the technical specifications, the CAD blocks and the current certificates as a single set, with a contents sheet listing every document and its revision date. It saves opening files one at a time when you are building a water tank specification for a tender.
Do you publish water tank weights and loadings?
Yes, in the technical specification rather than the summary datasheet, because loadings depend on the water tank height and panel schedule. You need two figures for a structural check: the empty water tank weight for handling, and the full water tank load spread across the plinth centres. Both are issued with the approved general arrangement so your structural engineer signs off on the real numbers rather than an estimate.
Can I get the water tank datasheets in another language?
Datasheets and certificates are published in English, which is what most export projects and consultants work in. Chinese versions of the certificates exist because that is how they are issued. If a tender requires a specific language for a particular water tank document, ask and we will tell you honestly what we can provide and what would need an independent translation.
Which water tank model do these datasheets describe?
Each datasheet covers a range rather than a single model, because the models within a range share a panel system. Browse the models themselves under GRP/FRP/SMC, stainless steel, hot-dip galvanized, enameled steel and BDF underground water tanks, 13 in each, or open the full catalogue to see all 65. The datasheet gives the envelope; the model page gives the specific build.
