The galvanized mining water tank from LVJIA is built on the Hot Dipped Galvanized panel system at our own plant in Dezhou, Shandong. On a mine site the tank has to arrive on a truck, go up without a crane and then be left alone for years.
A galvanized mining water tank is a pressed steel sectional tank finished by hot-dip galvanising after the panels are formed. That order matters: because the zinc goes on last, it covers every edge, bolt hole and stiffener the press leaves behind, instead of cracking off a pre-galvanised sheet the moment it is stamped. LVJIA builds it from 1 to 3000 m³, or 125 litres to 500,000 litres, on a bolted panel system.
Mine water is abrasive, often slightly acidic and always in short supply, and the nearest fabrication shop may be several hundred kilometres away. A bolted galvanized tank answers that by needing nothing on site: panels come flat on a truck, go together with spanners, and the zinc coating protects both faces without any painting programme. If the pit moves, the tank is unbolted and moved with it rather than written off.
Panels are pressed from 2 to 5 mm steel plate, ribbed for stiffness, then dipped whole in molten zinc. The coating is metallurgically bonded rather than painted on, so it does not peel and it keeps protecting the steel at a scratch. Joints are bolted through an external flange onto a food-grade gasket, and the tank ships flat in a plywood box or on an iron bracket. The plant is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001, and the product carries CCC.
